Duke of Ed

MWLAC is proud to be a Duke 4 Sport Partner

Manly Athletics is committed to providing a supportive environment for our young people to develop healthy bodies and healthy minds through training and competition in athletics. As a volunteer based organisation, we are proud to partner with The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award to strengthen the opportunity for our next generation to build their teamwork and leadership skills, and to learn the value and benefits of volunteering within their local community.

We offer a range of diverse and enjoyable opportunities for Duke of Ed Participants to complete their Physical Recreation, Skills and Voluntary Service sections at all levels of the Award. Our experienced and skilled members meet Working with Children Check requirements and are willing to be a Participant’s Duke of Ed Assessor.
