Refund Policy

MWLAC REFUND POLICY

1. Any refund of registration fees and/or bond prior to competition commencing is subject to LANSW prior approval
2. There are no refunds of the Centre retained registration fee (approximately $115) and/or bond after competition commences unless approved by both LANSW and the Centre. Any such refund by the Centre will only be considered in exceptional circumstances. Exceptional circumstances would include an athlete suffering a season ending injury prior to week 5 of our Centre season
3. No refunds will be given until the athletes’ registration number is returned to the Centre
4. All refunds incur a $20 Centre administration charge in addition to any charge by LANSW
