Weekly Programs

We generally work off a 2-week program to give our athletes the opportunity to each compete in a wide variety of events. Each age group competes in 5-7 events each week.

Events are dependent on the age group of the athlete. Please see the links below for a sample of each of our programs. The relevant program for the week is published to Facebook and Instagram in the week leading up to Saturday, so check our socials for the relevant schedule.
